Organica Bismuth is a white marble sculpture. It is compact, dense. It evokes a human body in an improbable posture as « compressed » by the surrounding space.The face is inspired by classical Greek-Roman statuary. His expression is calm and serene; it demonstrates intense internal control despite the testing of this body in an uncomfortable or even impossible position.Although the composition is harmonious and balanced, the body represented is disproportionate.This disproportion is a focus of the artist to highlight certain details of the body such as the joints of the feet and hands, thereby reinforcing the feeling of gravity.
